Hi SmoothFox, welcome to the forum! Glad to have you with us.
By all means email DPS for a pin #! it's been long enough for them to have begun processing. Where are you located?

They cashed my check on 12/31, and I just got my PIN on Friday. Yours will probably be in your mailbox in the next day or so. Once you get it, how many times per day will you check status? (even though I believe that they batch status updates once each morning - and no changes occur until the next day - and this is based upon nothing but my best guess...lol - but i still check often, anyway).

I think that's a common misconception. Your status can actually change at any hour of the day. My status changed about 11am. Lost_In_Austin's status changed around 4am. Some have stated their status changed sometime in the afternoon. And then again, others stated their status changed on a Saturday during the day.
It's a mystery to me how and when they update. Although the DO update in batches.

Some folks have even gotten their plastic without ever getting a PIN
