Refinishing a revolver

Anyone know generally what it would cost to have someone professional refinish a steel S&W J-frame revolver? What are good places to have this done? Also what option are available beyond just rebluing ... would prefer something like the Tenifer finish on a Glock, something that would never rust and never require much care.

This if for a gun I'm considering buying that has some old rust spots and such that I plan to pocket carry. I"m trying to factor a future refinishing job into what this gonna is "really" going to cost me.
