I bought an inexpensive ($60) scope for my 15-22 and it came with the following mount:

Out of curiosity, does anybody know what this mount works on?

If I've got things figured out correctly, I need to buy a riser and rings for a Picatinny rail - any recommendations for inexpensive parts?

Looks like a carry-handle mount. Maybe.
