Bad news this morning

Thanks for our newly acquired friends (and those with whom we have yet to become acquainted).
My SIL called this morning to let us know my Mom passed. Not much we're able to say right now except we'll miss her a lot.

She was a very special lady who led a full life, but it was still way too soon for us (her obituary is online, if anyone is interested -- it tells a lot about me, so I hesitate to make it widely available). Our kids are as broken up as we are (when tough men cry...).
Thank you all. Y'all are also special people, we've discovered!
