Notice how the Chicago police department never paid any attention to this serial killer, even after he repeatedly showed up on their radar as a murder suspect.

So, the liberal news media says that there was a big shootout involving Chicago police and gangs. Gang members were shooting at other gang members with the Chicago police present. What kind of criminal would be that brazen UNLESS, they were in the same gang as the police officers! I invite you to just think about it like that. You have to read in-between the lines when watching the stupid box, I mean liberal controlled television.
