I'm sorry to hear that! My house was broken into 2 years ago, and they stole my entire safe! Luckily, during a drug bust, they recovered most of them (the ones with sentimental value). Hopefully you had renters insurance that covered firearms.

I am very sorry Target. Nothing burns more than having your home burglarized. I will keep my eyes open and hopefully someone nails these dirtbags.

Did they steal them from a safe or were they out? I only ask is I just bought a house and have a safe but I'm wondering if that is enough.

Also, what time of day did this occur?

They were not in a safe.
This happened at 3:30pm. we were only gone for 15 min and i have a Pit/Healer mix that does NOT like strangers. It took several hours for her to calm down.

Thanks for the link. i was only able to list 4 of the 6 as i dont have the S/N for the other 2.

I don't know if they do anything directly with individuals, or strictly police departments, but you can check with http://www.leadsonline.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; to get them listed in their system as well.

BUMMER! We all hope you have some sort of renter's insurance of some sort?

Who do you know who knew what you had of value in your apartment? That's where the LEO's should start looking, don't you think? Otherwise, doesn't one apartment pretty much look like any other in the complex?

Get a specified items policy. My guns are more insured than my house!
