Yep... and I found the formula helpful. I recently installed some night sights on my G19 and it was shooting left about 4-5" from 15 yards. That's the easiest way to remember it - and the complete opposite for the front sight ie. "FORS": Front Opposite, Rear Same :)

Here's your test - assuming an error of 4" at that distance, do the calculation and tell me how much to move the rear sight - and in which direction?

I'm guessing you'd file the right side of the front sight to move the POA to the right but I don't know how much you'd have to take off to make a proper correction.TxD wrote: Just for fun, here is another test.
