Help me find a gun for a friend - Para LTC

Hey everyone! 
I was wondering if anyone here could help me in locating a specific handgun, somewhere, anywhere, in stock. New, used (in good condition), doesn't matter.
I've been searching all day with a friend of mine for a specific handgun he wants to purchase, but absolutely nowhere has it in stock, I can't find one for sale on any forums, or any crawler sites.
Anyways, He's looking for a Para LTC in 9mm, 4" barrel.
He's just starting to get into IDPA, and borrowed a 1911 for his first match. He found the gun he wants, has the cash, a FFL lined up to receive it, but cannot find one to purchase anywhere!
I need to help him find this fast, or else he may "just drop down to a DA gun and call it a day", so he said.
Help me, fellow 1911ers!
Also, he's not 100% set on the LTC, He's open to considering other Commander sized 1911s, in 9mm, between $600-$1000
I already tried the STI Spartan, but he was ambivalent to it. Any other suggestions are much appreciated!
Mods: I put this in the General forum instead of the Sales ones for 2 reasons. 1, It's not for me, and 2, It's not a direct request to purchase one from a member of this forum. I'm hoping for sightings at local gun shops, friend of a friend has one and wants to sell, someone saw it in stock on some random website kind of info, not a direct buy from a forum member type. If you still think it should go in the sales forum, go ahead and move it.
