Doh!
Got pulled over for speeding by one of Pearland’s finest this weekend.
46 in a 35. I was driving my GF’s Mustang so I had a giant “pull me over red blinking sign above the car. I drive a F-150 and I normally never speed but it’s just so hard not to in that car and it’s only the V-6. this was my first time getting pulled over for speeding and my first time while carrying.
I pull over, radio off, hands at 10 and 2, wait for him to come up to the car, open the door cause the power windows don’t work, inform him that the windows don’t work so he doesn’t get jumpy cause I just opened my car door, license and Insurance, hand him my CHL as I’m informing him that I’m a CHL holder and I have it in from front pocked, he say just keep it there :) hands back the CHL and Ins. Runs the lic. And lets me on my way with a warning, and to slow it down. All in all a very good experience for my first time (last???) while carrying.
Now for the obligatory “slow down next time replies. :)
