I was considering buying a Glock 19 this week. I may have to reconsider my choice.

Beautiful set up you have there! 2 great guns. WTG! Now I hope your horse trading days are over for a while!
Now that you are amongst the elitist group, do I haveta start calling you Mr.USA1?

Yes, I stopped by Spectre Firearms on the way home and picked up the CompTac holster and a Wilson Combat Mag.
I'll be cleaning and oiling the gun today so I can get it to the range ASAP.

Well have fun cleaning it! That's always a joy with a new gun.
BTW, GREAT pictures! I like the background. Very artsy.

I will. I just hope I don't have any parts left over when I put it back together.
This is new to me. My other guns came apart fairly easily but this one seems a little more complicated.
There's a "breakdown tool" in the packaging. I'll just read the directions and go slow.

OK, just field stripped, cleaned, oiled and put back together with no left over springs or parts.
Now it's off to the range.

I expect a verbal full range report before you leave the range!
(I'm green with envy!)

Very nice choice, I'm sure you'll be VERY happy with it. This video may help in learning to break down a Kimber...

Edit: Doh!!! Looks like you already broke it down for cleaning.
