I was perusing web sites for deals on laser sights and came across the LaserLyte. Anyone ever have any experience with it? Like it or dislike? Looks pretty intriguing so far. FWIW I am studying on the rear sight for Glock.

I don't like the idea of sight mounted lasers. Too much movement and shock to knock it off of "Zero" and reduce its life span. I would instead suggest looking at the LaserMax http://www.lasermax.com/category.php?id=1 guide rod laser or the Crimson Trace http://www.crimsontrace.com/Home/Produc ... fault.aspx grip/guard laser products.

The only thing I didn't like about my friend's LaserLyte was the red "on light" that is on the rear. I found it very distracting. Well, I also didn't like the fact that it was not pressure activated.

I am interested in the new Viridian C5L. If anyone knows of good price low $200 and first hand review, that is very helpful. It would be mounted on PX4SC.

I have one on my XDM and love it... Doesn't mess up the grips like Crimson trace and is very easy to turn on... I do agree about the on indicator... I blacked out the back indicator with a black marker...
