Just making sure I'm getting a square deal.

Trading my G30SF - night sights, extended slide release, 3x10rd mags, 2x12 rd mags, 1x9rd mag, box, candy, manual, TLR-3 light. Receipts for everything. Tactical Tailor softcase not included.

For Kimber Tac II Ultra with slight holster wear and a 7rd Wilson mag.

Thinking about keeping the TLR-3 and trying to get a box, manual, and mag.

Looking for some second opinions.

A doctor tells his patient he has cancer.
The man says I want a second opinion.
The doctor says, you're ugly too.

"rlol"

That sounds like a deal I could live with. Would be nice if the 1911 came with another mag or two, buts Glocks and Kimbers are hard to compare to each other.

I'd do that deal.
I might want a trial period to be sure that Kimber runs as good as your Glock
Meet at the range, perhaps.

Agreed - I got a steal on the g30sf last year through GT's LE purchasing. And we agreed I'll keep my light.

On the older Tac II Ultra's they are still aluminum right? It was bought about 6yrs. I think it'll carry a good bit easier than the G30SF, and I'm a 1911 guy at heart.

I don't know too much about Kimbers, other than I want one. From my uneducated perspective, I think you are coming out way ahead considering the list price of Glocks vs the list price of Kimbers. I agree that you may want to test shoot the Kimber, but even if it is a little hiccupy, it is a 1911 so you can probably fix it and still be ahead of the game.

If you don't take this deal, let me know, and I'll go buy a glock to trade for it XD

I have a few 1911s, and PD gives me a glock. I liked the 30sf, but it is too bulky to carry. I can carry a 1911 all day IWB, or OWB.

Somebody sell me some mags.

Picked it up today.

Who's had Kimber swap about the slide assembly with the external extractor for the new one?

What's the turn around time? Do I just go through their customer service line to get setup for it?

The Kimber manual is available for download from their web site.
