no packet in the mail yet after 2 weeks?

So I did the online application 9/24 and I have yet to receive my packet in the mail. Think I should call them and say "Hey send a new one?"
Sad thing is I live in Austin too :<.
ps. Might as well make a subforum to the waiting room for first packet waiting at this rate :P

Give it more time. It takes FOREVER.
My advice is to just stop thinking about it. It will come!

took 2-3 weeks for me to get my first packet. took over a month for them to enter my packet into the system though after they received it for processing.
your wait will be much worse after you submit it - so just get used to the feeling!

I applied on Sep. 19, and sent an email to DPS on Oct. 5. The response was "I'll mail it again; allow 7-10 days." Still waiting...

What I think is pretty lame is that you don't get your pin after submitting everything on the confirmation screen with your trace number. Seems like a little organizing would put an end to antsy people.
I shall continue to wait thanks for the replies.
