Working from the poll and comments posted I digested the information into a pdf. I apologize for the delay but life interfered.
Get it
here.
I noticed some glaring typos so I resent the file. Should be good now.

Thanks for the kind words. I have noted a couple more typos but, oh well.

How many gate indiscretions did you have reported? It seems to me that the sample size of indiscretions was probably too small to draw firm correlations, much less conclusions.

Three (roughly 6%), one being outed, one "rude" (surly) behavior and one ignoring/unnecessary delay. In past years those gates consistently were the "problem" areas. Not exactly a correlation but most definitely an association.
Remember this was not a scientifically structured exercise and the "sampling size" was too small to correlate the over all CHL experience at the fair, period. Fifty plus responses and a few comments can hardly be correlated for what must have been thousands of CHL visitors. But it is sufficient to sense trends.
If the report helps, great but it's only worth what you paid for it.

Well done! I was not subject to the blatant disregard of privacy that occured last year, as I did not have my CHL yet, but I can tell that this year ran much smoother.
