On You or On you On You- Fort Worth

Pulled over on Lancaster between University and Summit today, right on the edge of Downtown Fort Worth. Handed over CHL and License and the Officer asked "Are you carrying 'on you" or "on you on you?" After a brief period of "deer in headlights" from my end, he said "I mean on your person or just in your vehicle?" He was super professional, and gave me the exact attitude I love from LEO’s. He acted as if it was not a big deal and he was just there to do his job….which unfortunately was to write me a speeding ticket. Off to court I go….
