Crimson Trace and grip wrap won't win any beauty contests, but my beautiful wife keeps it in her nightstand, and she can shoot it.

Is what it is. I very much agree with Clint smith a gun is a machine I'm gonna beat on it till it works.

I have a S&W 640 .357 that is very much like that. Not a beauty queen. Too heavy for its size to be a true pocket pistol. But stainless steel, reliable, rugged, powerful. Works every time. A perfect tool.
