Is this a legal Sign?

I don't really understand what this means, but it's definitely not a valid 30.06 sign, but it still seems to be citing some Texas law, and is quite intimidating. It was at an MRI center where I visited last week.

Ignore it. It's not anywhere near 30.06 compliant. But remember...I'm not a lawyer...

Maybe so, but you're still right.
There was a news spot in Houston several months ago discussing this issue. A few Houston area hospitals had posted signs that got close to the required wording, but the assistant DA interviewed said it must meet the exact requirements to be enforceable. Close doesn't count.

And I don't care. My HMO office has the same notice. I saw it the other day as I walked through the door with my hand fondling my Kel-Tec P3AT in my deSantis Pocket Nemesis holster on my way to have blood drawn. :D :D
