Florida jogger defends himself on a midnight run.... cleared as self defense.

Rather than call it a "stand your ground" law, I wish Florida would call it "Defend your 2A rights" law. If only stories like this would be broadcast next to stories like the Tucson shooting. It would only serve to demonstrate that proper use of a handgun use can be used to serve a higher purpose rather than the mayhem presented on TV.
