Price seems to have gone up on WWB 45 FMJ again.....

....at the Broadway and I30 Walmart. Its now $25.6x a box of 100.
At that rate of shooting for 4 months at my regular pace, a Dillion 550B setup would almost pay for itself, and that is just counting the .45ACP ammo I use. Pay for itself in 2 months if I count all the .308 I shoot.
It will really come in handy when I pick up my next rifle, which will be 7mm Magnum. Unfortunately when I dialed in The Marshal's 7mm Magnum Savage last week I got addicted to the punishment.

Holy crap!
I'm glad I got into the reloading thing when I did.

It's all about copper. 18 months ago copper was around $3200 per ton. Today it runs $7500 a ton. Lead has also increased but not near much as copper. The good news is that I am still reloading 45acp LSWC for under $5.00 a box. I have not bought any FMJ bullets lately but I think loading 45acp FMJ will be in the 5.50 to 6.00 range.

I'm thinking about getting into reloading for that very reason.

It looks like I need to get that reloading seminar scheduled - the one I forgot about a long time ago. How many people are interested? We can do it at PSC.

I'm interested. Count me in!
I just finished building my reloading bench this week and mounted the press yesterday. I'm getting it organized today and tommorrow...ish.
I'm looking forward to the seminar.
Thanks

Is this going to be an Elementary Class?

I'm still interested. I can bring my Lee turret press if you guys want to have a variety of different types of presses to show. It's mounted on a portable craftsman toolbox.

I am also interested. Put in my list to Mrs. Santa for reloading equipment.

A reloading class is a great idea if your serious about reloading. I got lots of help from dws1117 setting up my Lee Laodmaster.

Yes, we'll begin with the presumption that everyone knows nothing about reloading, then work through progressive presses and related reloading equipment like primer pocket swaggers, automatic primer tube filling machines, manual and digital scales, etc. We have a lot of experienced reloaders on the forum that I hope will come and share their experience as well. SRVA - did you hear that? He must reload 100,000 a year!!!

Depending on when it is, I may be interested as well, if it were an all day event.

That would be great. I'll bring my Dillon 550 and 650, as well as an old Lyman All American turret press. I'd like to have as much variety as possible, not only with presses but with the support equipment as well.
The problem is going to be setting up working presses. Our light tables won't cut it! But, we'll come up with something. My guess is we'll have a few working presses and several static displays.
