Has anyone ever tried the CellPal Holster? One of my coworkers has one. I wanted to hear input from this board. You guys have not steered me wrong yet. Thanks in advance. I love my Crossbreed Supertuck btw, which I bought on the boards advice. I just wanted another option and if this product is any good.

I use smart carry. The Cell Pal is similar idea however the leather would not make it comfortable to sit or even walk. Also like the smart carry drawing while seated is virtually impossible. I learned to draw from the zipper which proved not to be much slower.

Not sure about a one size fits all holster. See if you can borrow your friend's holster for a week.

Got my hands on one at a gun show. I've also looked at the pager pal (the predecessor to the Cell Phone Pal).

I won't knock it. It works if you're built right and dress for it. Personally, I'm not, nor do I. The guy demoing the thing managed to slip a full-sized 1911 in and out just fine, but he didn't offer to sit behind a steering wheel. :)

My thought at the time was it'd probably be just fine for an officer-sized 1911 or smaller gun. I couldn't help thinking it'd be a nice hideout for what's normally considered a pocket gun.

I wouldn't hesitate to "try" one for a week or so and see how it worked for me, but I wasn't interested enough to buy one to try out...but that's just me.

I must admit that the idea of having an *ACTUAL* cell phone pouch on it was intriguing. The obvious glitch to me with the old pager-pal was the fake pager...I already carry 2 cell phones and (up until about a month ago) a pager...once you consider the clips from an MTAC and such, my belt was full!!!
