Greetings to all. I have just registered on this site and I'm looking forward to being an active participant. This forum was recommended by a fellow towboater, and I'm glad he found it. I've had my CHL for quite a while and this is the first site I've run into that addresses the specific information we need. I'm really looking forward to this!

Welcome aboard sir. You will like it here.
If you go to the Forum's "User Control Panel", you can post your
hometown, or at least your area, so that other forum members who
are your neighbors have a closer sense of community with you.
I assume by your screen name and "towboater" comment that you
are somewhere near coastal Texas.
What gun(s) do you own and what do you carry on a regular basis?
SIA

I live in the Houston County Area up in the piney woods. I just don't have the patience for city life any more.....heh heh!
I have a variety of handguns ranging from .22 cal Beretta for fun to a Glock 23 I carry for personal defense. Working offshore I found I don't get enough practice with my .45 to stay as accurate as I wish, hence the .40 S&W. Most of my carry weapons have Crimson Trace grips. I must admit I'm an avid fan for this product! I don't rely on it exclusively, there is no substitute for a proper sight picture! But I'll take whatever advantage I can get, right? LOL
