Okay, not really. But I *could* if I conceal it. :biggrinjester:

I have plans to "beg permission from the almighty Government" to exercise my right to an SBR (Short-Barreled Rifle) before the end of 2011.

LMT 10.5" Upper
LMT Back Up Iron Sights
DPMS Pistol Lower
Ace Pistol Stock

In comparison to a Mid-length 16" AR15:

If you've never had the chance to play with a short AR15, I would highly recommend it.

It feels as lite as a Nerf gun compared to my "heavy" 16" Midlength!

I hope you don't have all the parts in the same building without the ATF paperwork.

As long as you have as many "pistol" lowers as "pistol/sbr" uppers it shouldn't be an issue. Now if you had two 10.5'' uppers and only one pistol lower, it could get a little sticky.

As long as <16" uppers aren't installed on rifle lowers, you're fine. (Receivers with buttstocks)

I've never heard of any history of BATFE charges of "Constructive Intent" with SBR's.

Now, machine guns and parts are a different story.
