I did the online application and did not have the paper work in hand during the course. So, I was not able to fill in my application number. I have four questions.

1. On the TR-100 form, in the Students Certificate Number field, is this not supposed to be my application number? If so My instructor placed a number in there that I do not know what it is.

2. Is my application number equal to the SID # on the DPS finger print card as well as the OCA of the FBI finger print card. If so do I enter in the leading 0 and following L?

3. Is there any other place I need to put my application number that I'm missing?

4. It appears there computer system is a bit messed up. My Criminal data showed up in the boxes for the Drug Data. I went ahead and placed in the corrections fields the correct information in the criminal section and made note in the Drug sectiuon that the data was in the wrong place. Do you think this will be okay?

No, each instructor receives numbered certificates. That number goes on the TR100. Then DPS can see that it is a valid certificate number assigned to the instructor who claimed you on his class roster. It is part of the checks and balances.

Yes, write it just like you see it.

Lets see, application, fingerprints, photoholder.....I think thats it.
