Law Dog's explanation of "primer wipe"

this morning and I figured of possible interest to some here.

If one scrolls down a bit, Law Dog had previously used the term when pretty much trash talking his experience with the new Keltec shotgun. For some reason, he and at least one other shooter did not like the risk of "nastiness" under their nose. ;-)

Glocks don't have round strikers, their strikers are rectangular.

I remember the first time I ever saw striker marks from a Glock. I thought they were wipe marks. I even posted a thread about it here.
