Bought a beautiful Para Ordnance Carry 9. Excited, went to range, and first round, S&B ammo fires, but case is lodged in bull-barrel. OK... new, it happens (shouldn't on an $800 gun...). Have to tap it out. Next round, same. Tried 2 other ammo brands. Same. Changed magazine. Same.

Called Para, they apologize and said they would send me a label, which they did. 3 months later, get it back. Note said they replaced all springs, and polished ramp. Said they shot 100 rounds without a flaw. Gun was dirty, so I believe them. I go to range, and same as before. 3 brands of ammo, all cases stick in barrel. Call them again, they send label, send in gun. Get it back.... replaced magazine and adjusted. Said fired 50 flawless rounds. Exact same thing. Give it to a friend, he takes it home and same for him with various ammo.

Guys, I don't get it. I believe they fired it as it come back very dirty. How could it be flawless for them but not us?

NO! A failure to extract is not something I would overlook, not even once.

3 months is a ridiculous amount of time for them to have had your pistol. And none of the work they did would have addressed a failure to extract.

It wouldn't. You have an extractor problem (2 piece) and possibly a rough chamber.

My Daughter's Carry 9 has been flawless from day one, hundreds of rounds through it (different ammo types) never a bobble yet.

Thanks... I give them a little pass on the 3 months. It was while they were transitioning from Canada to NC. Now if they take 3 months again, nuther story. I will definitly shhot an e-mail to your contact, thanks!

Been seeing more and more posts very much like this one on several other forums. Wonder if Para is having some quality-control issues?
