Another One New to the Forum

Hello everyone! I am new to this forum, primarily because I just found it a couple of weeks ago. I have been associated with other similar forums for a while, but I am still pretty new to the world of CHL. I did get my concealed carry lic. in 2009, but shortly afterwards, was diagnosed with a physical problem, had major surgery early last year, and have been getting over that since then. So.....haven't been doing much gun stuff. I am looking forward to getting to know many of you here, and to especially glean as much as I can from the knowledge base of this forum. Hopefully, maybe I can make a worthwhile input every now and then!!!
FYI, my SD item is a Sig p229 two-tone, with .40 and .357sig cal factory barrels, and a Bar-Sto stainless 9mm conversion barrel. I just received the conversion barrel a couple of weeks ago, and am looking forward to shooting it. My primary SD cal. is .357sig, but I have confidence in all three, including the 9mm in +P and +P+ loads. I got the 9mm barrel primarily for cheaper target practice, and for an additional cal. for ammo availability situations. I bought the Comp-Tec IWB holster, and I really do like its features. After the surgery, I probably won't be able to wear a belt, so, I may have to do something different in that regard.
While my signature/info doesn't show it, I am located in Greenville TX, so, maybe over time, in-person meetings for "whatever" reasons could be enjoyable!
Just looking forward to being here!!
