Issues scheduling FAST prints

After I went through my instructor app process, it directed me to the L1 page to schedule. It has my middle name, last name, and first name all mixed up. I backed out and went to reschedule manually. When I do, I get past the DL and Birthday page. When it asks for my Trace Number and DOB, I put the info in as it appears exactly under the bar code. Then, I get this error:

The entered Trace Number/Date of Birth is not valid. Please enter a valid Trace Number and Date of Birth.

I have tried it several times. No luck.

Any ideas? Any easy way to schedule my prints? L1 doesn't return calls apparently.

Well, I chatted with L1 and they said it takes 24 to 48 hours for DPS to send the info over to them. So if anyone is wondering, that's why...

I have had a few students tell me that their names got mixed up between DPS and L-1. They all said that L-1 told them they would change it when they arrive at L-1 for their appointments.

I straightened it out with the fingerprinter during my appointment. She changed the information on her computer screen.
