Hi guys/gals

I'm new of course to the forum and the are i live in(magnolia). I'm looking for a good class to sign up for and am looking for any advice on a good place to go. I'm not looking to drive too far out and get lost trying to get there, i know there has to be a good class close by. I found the thundergun range online, as well as double action(which is about as far as i'd be willing to travel). has anyone used either of these guys? if so, how was the experience. I saw some recommendations for guardianshooting, but it seems a little further than i really want to go. any hints would be much appreciated. i'm hoping to get this done in the next week or two

I don't know if I posted the forum topic link correctly, but this was a question on classes near Tomball.... just a piece down the road...

If a drive of a couple of hours is not too far for you, I can recommend Mike and Katie at Champion Firearms in College Station. Can't get lost. You just missed their course today, and you can find their future schedule here: http://championfirearms.com/index.php?o ... Itemid=127" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Since it is such a long time between renewals for old-timers, several legislatures having a crack at changing the law, I just audited one of their 4 hour renewal courses, and it was impressive.
