Self-monitored Home Security sytem recommendations?

So, I want to install a self-monitored security system. Something that has cameras on our doors, and would notify us via iPhone or Android phone if there was an intrusion detected. Given that I'd like it to also be wired into the pre-installed security system in my home (for door/window entry alarms), I will likely need a trustworthy professional help me with this.
Any suggestions for the Austin area?

This place is just over on Wells Branch. They sell and install systems. I know a couple of people that have used them and are happy with what they got.

I gave him a Kimber .45 'cause he's getting a bit old and has a loose tooth or two.

He's actually guarding my precious 1911 for me.
As for the claws and the trigger; Isn't that what those little holes in a Kimber custom trigger are for? His name is Moses...my sixth Pit Bull. Been a loyal companion and protector for 14 years now.
But back to the topic, Fry's has some good package deals on DIY security DVR systems and cameras by Swan, and I've seen some full package deals at Sam's Club as well.

Just remember...doesn't do any good to have the video storage on-site and have that stolen along with everything else. Backup to the cloud, 1TB removable hard drives that are only $150 or so from Western Digital, etc. Save early, save often, and rotate them out for best usability (sp?) of your data.

Just as a followup...I bought some Panasonic IP cameras (about $80 each on Amazon) and a Panasonic outdoor camera. Got them all wired up and am running
iSpy as the camera software. Everything runs great now! Total cost for the cameras was about $500. My wife, however, isn't too keen on me posting a pic of our not-so-perfect home

PC hard drive and File server hard drive (I have two systems that record camera activity in two physical locations, one hidden). I also have the ability to offsite my camera streams, although I choose not to do that at the moment (but nothing prevents me).
