Adopted an FNP9 USG

We (dad and I) are looking for more target shooting options, so we ended up with this FNP9 to start. He's a little more old school and has never owned an semi auto before, only revolvers. We decided on this since it's suppose to be a little more similar to the hi power but with some other benefits, like a beavertail large enough to not get bitten. Price helped too. Now I'm sure it's not really that similar but after our first range session today, it's not a bad gun to plink with. I've never had any time with a DA/SA before, I've only owned glocks before my M&p, so it was a big change. It shot nice and it was trip to shoot a semiauto in DA. The SA shooting was really weird to start, the trigger is kind of spongy, but has a nice break to it once it hits the breaking point. I'm going to have to get some more time with it to get used to it i think, but as of right now i'm still more fond of my crisp triggered M&P. Anybody else have much time with the FNP? I haven't found much as far as tune up parts, or parts in general for it. I think I'd like the trigger to get a little touch up job, any suggestions there? Otherwise it seemed to hold nice groups and pretty accurate once the right feel was found. All in all, I think we're both happy with the purchase.
