That gets my vote too. Some folks think it's cool and claim it makes things quicker (eg. during competitive shooting, etc) - I don't personally like it myself as I want everything on the pistol to happen only when I decide it should.
I find it particularly irritating when I'm trying to illustrate the feeding mechanism / sequence on somebody's own pistol and the darn slide slams shut by itself.
