In Australia's current course to be the most liberal place on earth. Australia will now have a carbon tax.

What I like about this article is that CO2 is now considered pollution, and no one blinks an eye.
Back in the old days pollution was something like pouring raw sewage into a river, dumping nuclear waste in leaky barrels, or coal plants belching out black smoke.
No more, today CO2, a naturally occurring gas, which plants breath to give us oxygen, and what we exhale to give plants what they need, is now considered a pollutant.
How long before humans are sent to termination facilities due to their inability to exist without breathing.

Australia has installed the "big watermelon." Green on the outside, red on the inside. That is what the climate change folks are all about. A way to control the population, and force socialism on the world. Follow the money and you will see the only ones benefiting from the carbon tax are the carbon credit firms, and the socialist special interest groups.

The EU now has a "Carbon Trading Scheme" for Aircraft. It was expensive to operate a Jet over there before and now much more expensive and complex. The US is headed in that direction if we don't watch out.

Once the EU and Oz do it, I think it's only a matter of time for us. Like many other progressive / socialist policies that were first implemented abroad, we will be browbeaten on the international stage until we finally toe the line. As we saw with the UN Climate Change forum a few years back under Bush, the US does not have the political will any more to say no.

Not to be one sided about Australia, a new law has been
proposed in New South Wales (state that includes Sydney)

But only requires a lady to lift her veil, if arrested or stopped by police, presumably so she can be identified.
Civil libertarians in Australia are outraged, and probably a lot more than when they confiscated everyone's guns.

It's everywhere! There are rumors that at least some people have huge concentrations of it in their body.

Is polluting our rivers, lakes and oceans. Is in out swimming pools and even in rain. We have to do something about it before it is too late. Think of the children. Why isn't Obama taking about it? Where is Gore on this?

I just wish some would fall from the sky. The lack of dihydrogen monoxide is causing problems in my part of the state.

A Dihydrogen Monoxide SHORTAGE?? If only there were a name for that condition! You could start some kind of public outcry!

You want dihydrogren monoxide, a verified
killer substance to fall on you?!
That's it, I'm starting one of those petitions to ban this substance in the state of Texas.
