Spring area exterminator?

I've found 2 black widow spiders in my house this week and that's WAY too many for this arachnophobe. I've never even seen one prior to Monday's encounter and I don't want one of these demons to eat my 1.5 year old daughter.

Can anyone recommend a Spring, TX exterminator who wont break the bank? I'm just starting a new job after 7 months of being unemployed and to say, 'money is tight' is the worlds largest understatement.

thanks!!!

I would recommend visiting Lowes, Home Depot, WalMart, etc. to see what kind of products they sell to repel spiders before going the exterminator route. I'm not trying to put exterminators out of business but you would be suprised at how much pest control you can do with over the counter products. DIY Bro, DIY. Good Luck.

We are in Spring too, and with the dry have found a couple black widows, but fortunately in outbuildings. Have you tried good ole bug bombs? They do kill spiders, good and bad ones. Cheaper than an exterminator, JMPHO

Go to Home depot or Lowes and get you a gallon of "Home Defense" and spray around your baseboards, it works very well. Don't remember who makes it and I'm to lazy to get up and go out and look right now. I think it's Orthro. The bombs work pretty good to but spraying the baseboards lasts longer.

Good luck.
