Yes
I Googled "American Tactical AT92C" and people seemed happy with them; some said finish a bit rougher, but parts looked interchangeable; I never heard of them before; might be a company like Taurus was when it started using Beretta old machinery to manufacture, dunno.
Americal Tactical is apparently an Importer, getting guns from Turkey Military manufacturers etc; they also have "ATI WALTHER" pistols
