Perhaps, IF, and when, SCOTUS takes up the case, they will rule against this unconstitutional communist mandate.

Some people are saying that could happen close to the 2012 elections.

This has to be decided by the SCOTUS there is no other option. So the sooner the better as far as I am concerned. Of course the more justices--even one democratic appointee in this last round we get saying--no dice to the president on this nonsense the better.
