Not much info on gun laws down under in the clip.
Sounds like the victim was a crook shot by a crook who used a rifle; sort of strange that he didn't use the usual pistol.
I guess he couldn't get a handgun due to the gun laws...all too confusing.

Before the reporter even got to the part that they found a drug lab in the home, my first thought was "probably drug related".

Drugs are the most potent argument against gun control. Almost every country in the world has drug control laws and cannot control drugs. There is a lot of enforcement activity (in places other than San Francisco) and the drugs still flow. I've asked a couple of antis why gun controls will work better than drug controls and they all change the subject.
The lady in the white in the video does not have a lot of company in Australian society. Like Canada, the general population seems to have rolled over and accepted the gun bans, regardless of the evidence that it doesn't do what it was intended to do.
