This sounds like the hurricane Preparedness list ...
Things to watch for, as these people might be terrorists if they buy (especially if they pay in cash)

Waterproof matches
MREs
Hi Capacity Magazines
Especially if they have a missing hand/fingers/stained clothes ...Ummmm Wut ???
