Re-Check Your Sights...No, Really

Shot terribly during my last match and chalked it up to pushing the trigger to the left.

Night before last I realized the rear sight had moved slightly in the dovetail and the set screw wasn't tight.

Readjusted it.

Shot again today.

What a difference correct sight position makes.

Doc, as the late Sgt. Bill Hammock of the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office would have said - - - "Check your gear, then check it again." Go to the auto supply and buy a tube of Loctite® Threadlocker Green 290™. It's the penetrating kind. Put a drop on the sight base and let it seep into the dovetail. It will stay there until you want to move it. :thumbs2: :anamatedbanana
