What a range trip!

This range trip was different than normal, the purpose of this trip was to try stuff out. My Kimber Pro Covert II just came back from getting the sear replaced (along with a few matched components) and I wanted to try out my latest acquisition, a barely used Ruger SR-556.

After Putting a few rounds through the Ruger my attention turned to a quantity of 45 ACP ammo and a Kimber. The Kimber ran like a top, and after one more range trip to finish testing it I will return it to my holster. We had to use flash lights to finish finding our brass since we shot till we couldn't see the targets. After finishing our clean up I followed my friend towards the highway until I had three small pigs run across the county road! I have gone all year with out seeing a live snake or pig due to the heat and drought only to have three juvenile pigs try to get run over. I don't know if these little monsters are feral or recent escapees but I suspect they are getting their water from the Golf Course they were running towards.
