Status last night @ 2130 hours: "Fingerprints not received" "Background review pending"
Status this morning @0730: "Manufacturing pending"
Unfortunately dear wife's status is still Fingerprints failed, notice sent. She was printed twice and the help desk said they will do a 2nd failure name check or something like that on her.
