It looks great but it doesn't work and you can't fire it.

Except that you have to pay for The Congressman with a duffel bag of small unmarked bills.

There's a rare model (maybe only a rumor) named The Honest Congressman that you only have to buy once a year and it stays bought.

I've heard of that one but it only shoots blanks...just makes a lot of noise.

I don't know how they do it but, It has an automatic "windage" control that is constantly shifting the aim away from where the owner thinks it is pointed.

The guns are not for sale in any gun store. They can only be purchased from a lobbyist.

Most of the time it stays loaded.

Has no built in safety.

I hear that some people under-the-age-limit have been caught with one!!!!
