Terrorist Threat and Stupid Results

A Sheriff's report in the Texas Panhandle reported in the newspaper that a middle-aged gentlemen who was on probation for making a terroristic threat (pointing a handgun, etc. at someone...did not fire weapon) apparently disregarded his probation mandates and was hauled into Court. The Judge revoked his probation and sentenced him to 10 years in the Big House for his neglegent stupidity... He was/is apparently a "slow learner"...
