I'm just going to say it..... the democrat party is the party of criminals and thugs. If you're a democrat, and you're not a criminal or a thug, then you are in the wrong party, and if you're concerned about your reputation you need to get out. Thank God we have Joe Biden to provide a little comic relief. He's the only reason I pray for Obama's continued good health.

Surely somebody somewhere will file a legal challenge that will not let this stand.

This administration, made up of crooks and thugs, is scared to death of accountability. How could anybody have been dumb enough to vote for these pukes?

Could not have said it better. The gov't must not be able to indiscriminately seal things when their hand is caught in the cookie jar. Did they think no one would notice? Something I remember about watergate--it was not what happened, but the cover-up that was the undoing of a president. Not that the one occupying the white house at this time has even 1/4 of the integrity that Nixon did, but still it is shameful what they try to get away with. It is like being with a group of naughty 7 year olds. Every time you turn around you have to deal with something else they are trying to get away with.

I've always believed Obama picked Biden as a life insurance policy.

The Obama justice dept. didn't think it necessary to seal the court file until AFTER political heat started coming in. The timing shows 2 things: (1) the sealing was not for security or prosecution reasons, it was purely political, and (2) we have a federal government that is perfectly at ease with twisting and destroying our justice system. On that second point, we also have other recent examples: the Scooter Libby prosecution, the Ramos/Campion prosecution, the Philadelphia black panther non-prosecution, the suits against Arizona and Alabama. It's time to clean house with some strong soap.

...government's like a child...just because you sent them to clean their room, doesn't mean they're doing it...gotta pop the door open and check on them...and we didn't...and now look at the mess we're in...

Where is FOX News? I'm old enough to remember Watergate and the media's feeding frenzy over that coverup. Where are the reporters and the TV cameras?
