I dont know how this little guy slipped past me ....anyone carry it or own one ...or even shot one at least ?
im really interested . i like cz's but the last one i shot had a very long trigger reset and made double taps a pain . wasnt a fan of that but it was accurate and built well .
im eyeballin one , i think my wife's sticky fingers might get ahold of the p238

Ditto.. handsome handgun. I'm interested to see what anyone has to say about it too. I hear you on the trigger pull... the only gun with a worse one that I have shot is my S&W Bodyguard .380. 8 miles long, and approximately 75 lbs.. LoL

I have one and have been thinking about selling it.

It's the 9MM polycoated metal frame version with the manual safety. I've shot less than 50 rounds through it on just one range visit. I bought it new for my collection and there are no problems with it whatsoever. The trigger pull seems typical of CZs, moderately stiff, but not uncommonly so for its type--and a tad gritty until broken in. I have not measured the pull required, but could do so. Personally, I'm spoiled by 1911s (CZ Dan Wessons) and all DA/SA triggers feel like staple guns to me.

I think the Ramis are good carry guns for the right person, if they like a smallish but very solid gun. I have hands like catcher's mitts and prefer a larger weapon. The manual safety version of the Rami can be carried cocked and locked, or manually decocked as a DA/SA. The pistol is a bit thick, which some people probably don't like, but the width allows for double stack mags. They're small enough for a pocket, purse or small stash compartment in a vehicle, especially if you use the short mags. Like all CZs I've owned, my Rami seems to be accurate for its barrel length/sight radius, but would benefit from some action work to smooth it up a bit and reduce the pull. And like all the other CZs I've owned, I'd bet it gets smoother with use. I have a PO1 with at least 5000 rounds through it and not a single issue whatsoever. I also have 3 CZ75s in 9MM and .40, with lower round counts, not one of them has ever failed to fire and eject exactly as they should. The small amount of ammo I used in my Rami was S&B FMJ and Speer Gold Dot Hollow Points, both fed through just fine.

I don't want to hijack your thread and turn it into a sales pitch for mine. If you're interested in it, I would be happy to speak to you about it. PM me and I will respond as soon as I can. I have several extra factory mags, including the standard ones (10 round) and the high capacity versions (14 round) with the grip extension and all the paperwork, box, etc. That aside, I would still say that the function and reliability of those little pistols should make them good for carry use. I don't know what the holster availability is for them. If Crossbreed makes one, I would look no further.
