Eligibility question - concerned

Hi all. First post here and very concerned now.
First off, I am a very hard working, law abiding citizen. I made one mistake in my life and didn't even realize I had made the mistake.
Back in 07/2007, I wrote a check at a business and had closed my checking account about a month later as my fiancé at the time (wife now) decided to move in together and combine checking accounts. Closing my account was the biggest mistake of my life. Well, the check bounced and it wasn't until 04/2009 that I found out I had a class B misdemeanor warrant issued (during an employment background check) - labeled theft by check. I immediately hired a lawyer to find out my options. After about $1400 in restitution and attorney fees, my case was dismissed and full restitution was paid in full. I was never arrested or "convicted", but I am concerned about my application for the CHL now. I did a Texas criminal background check ($3) and had no "hits" on my search. I can't find anything on me in any background checks. Nevertheless, I made a mistake, and a costly one at that.
I have never been arrested, and other than a couple of traffic tickets have never been in trouble with the law.
I have personally been able to purchase many guns (both rifles and pistols) from Cabelas with no issue, so this is why I decided to get my CHL. After reading on here, I am concerned about my eligibility for the CHL. I filled out the online application and did not disclose this information as I was never arrested and the case was dismissed. If I need to go back and submit this information, then I will....just need advice.
Does the above disqualify me both in the actual class b above and or failure to disclose in my application? I just had my L1 fingerprints done today and will be completing my course on 01/07/2012, and they will complete my photos at that time as well. I figure if I need to submit this information on my application, I could before I take the class and submit everything together.
