My KUCII is in the mail and I was shopping grips. Are the commander length the ones that are needed? I wouldn't mind seeing your UCII grips also.

The Kimber "Ultra" pistols use officer size grips & mags.

The Kimber "Ultra+" pistols use government size grips & mags.

There is no such thing as commander size grips. Commander size pistols use government grips & mags unless stated otherwise, like on "CCO" pistols.

Officer/Defender sized. If you have an ambi safety get a right that will accommodate it.

stroguy,

I agree, it wasn't lame at all. You don't know what you don't know.

My apologies if my response came off wrong. I was trying to help, nothing more. :tiphat:

Oh it's not that I thought your comment was offensive at all. I cannot believe I typed commander. I know the two basic styles of government and officer. Brain cramp I guess. No foul from you at all.
