Actually, Regis Giles is from the States, specifically Florida.
Nice to see one of her articles appearing in the UK, though.

That's better.
The need for defense is not exclusive to any one "special interest". The need for defense includes ALL law abiding citizens. Glad she made that clear, despite the title of her article.

I guess she figured that the mama bear protecting her cubs was the best entree into the subject with the British audience.
