Here is a link to a news story about a Landlord who shot a tennant he was trying to evict. Thats pretty much all the story offers, but why was this guy evicting the tennant himself? Fortunately I've never been evicted but wouldn't that fall into the hands of a Sherrif just for this reason? I don't know any more than this but I hope all is well for both parties involved.
