Sig 229 with 'Tactical Girth'

New to the forums, firearms, and CHLs. I've got a lot to learn but enjoying every minute of it.
I recently took my CHL course, and am browsing holsters while I await the mailman. Only problem is, I have no clue where to start looking. I've searched several threads, but nothing has really been too specific. Here's what I'm looking for -
I've got my new Sig P229, and need a hoslter for it. I am a bigger guy with some 'tactical girth' or 'a built-in tactical load-bearing platform', as my instructor said of himself, haha. I'm sitting at 6ft 290 lbs. I can't go with an OWB holster with shirt, because I must have my shirt tucked in for work. (My usual work attire is either black jeans or slacks with a long-sleeved dress shirt, sometimes a short-sleeved button shirt).
I also prefer something that is easy access, (which I guess you would want anyway, heh). I can't carry inside my work building so I would need to be able to either remove the whole thing, or just my firearm, and secure it in my vehicle while I'm inside.
TLDR - Soooo - Any bigger guys that tuck their shirts and carry a P229 have any suggestions?

Comp-Tac CTAC or, my preference, Crossbreed.
Also, if you're keeping the gun in your car, please get something like a NanoVault 200 or similar to lock it away.

I'm starting to fall out of love with my comp-tac. The clips just aren't tight enough and the holster will creep to its own position whether i want it there or not.

No worries there. In addition to that, I'm also in a secured parking lot, (as in proxy card access traffic arm, followed by 12ft solid metal gate.....and on secured govt property, heh).
Keep them coming folks. It's appreciated.

My EDC is a P226 in a Comp-Tac MTAC. Occasionally I'll put a light on it and carry it around in a Raven Concealment Phantom LC. The Phantom conceals a little bit better, but is less comfortable (this isn't an entirely valid comparison because the Phantom holster has to deal with the bulk of a weapon light).

I hope you don't mean federal property, otherwise your goose is going to be seriously cooked.

Hmmmm.. It appears that CompTac only has holsters for either the P229 with rail that were made prior to the E2 redesign, or without rail as an E2. Which means that I can't use any of their stuff. My Sig was made in Dec 2011 and has the rail, (assuming they're talking about the rail underneath forward of the trigger? This is what I purchased with pics -

Get the Crossbreed. Seriously, you won't be crying.
Galco's King Tuck, I have heard, is good too.

haha, I am also blessed with "tactical girth"... (I had not heard it that way). I like tucked in shirts as well and found that the IWB holsters did not always make that as easy as I wanted. I have used the kangaroo holster ( under the arm, but inside the shirt) and I find its quite comfortable. I had a springfield XDM in 9mm in it, and with the right shirt it hides quite well (A dress shirt with a pattern or a pocket on the left side seems to do the trick)
Of couse I need to have less tactical girth, at least thats the currently plan......

I had a comp tac but had the same issue as a previous poster. Have since switched to a Crossbreed supertuck for my sig p250 and i don't regret the decision at all.
