I am getting ready to send in my paperwork and noticed that the "Student's State Driver License/Identification Card" field is blank. Should this be filled out? If so, should I put "TXDL <insert dl number>" or what?

Yes,write in your Texas drivers Lic. number.

Mine was blank too. I filled it out and mailed it yesterday. Hope I did right.
